At Construction Energy Ltd, we take pride in delivering high-quality energy and construction solutions that are built to last. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may be eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges related to our products and services, including solar systems, water heaters, filters, and construction installations.

🔧 1. Services and Installations

Once services (including consultation, design, installation, or construction work) have commenced, payments made are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written service agreement.

✅ Eligible for Partial Refund:

• If a cancellation is made before procurement or service commencement, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative or consultation costs.
  
• If a delay is caused by our team beyond 30 days of the agreed timeline (excluding weather or third-party delays), a compensation review may be considered.
  

📦 2. Product Returns (Filters, Parts, Components)

Clients may request to return or exchange products purchased directly from Construction Energy Ltd (excluding special orders or customized systems) within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

✅ Return Conditions:

• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  
• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
  
• A restocking fee of 15% may apply.
  
• Return shipping or delivery to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-built solar systems
  
• Opened or used water filters and parts
  
• Installed components (e.g., heaters, inverters, tanks)
  
• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Special Order”
  

💰 3. Refund Process

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  
• Refunds will be made via the original method of payment or as store credit.
  

🧾 4. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra charge after verification.

⚠️ 5. Cancellations

• Orders canceled after materials have been procured or equipment ordered are subject to non-refundable fees.
  
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@cenergyplus.com or your assigned representative.
