Once services (including consultation, design, installation, or construction work) have commenced, payments made are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written service agreement.
Clients may request to return or exchange products purchased directly from Construction Energy Ltd (excluding special orders or customized systems) within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
